Okay. I'll come clean on another obsession. Random Fact #6: I'm hoarding antique and vintage children's wear. One whole side of a walk in closet in my new studio is full....top and bottom rods....and the shelves above and below them!! It's bear wear, you know. I'm collecting them for the bears!! The thing about bears, especially my girly bears, is they need a selection from which to choose. Much like women, a bear must try on a quite a few outfits until they find the perfect fit for their figure. Round figures, slim figures, heavy arms, stick arms, long body, short body.....they simply must have a selection. They are not one size fits all bears!!
It's a simply perfect explanation for such a vast obsession.....er, collection! Don't you think? Ha!

I agree with Shantell - if those bears are to be the "best dressed bear" on the west coast, you HAVE to have a complete line of "bear apparell, right? Can't wait to read #7 - it's fun to find out more about you, Aleta.

Oh Wow, that closet looks so good, wish I could have a good look at everthing, you have some very pretty things in there. Must be so exciting when you finish a bear and take it to look for that special outfit.

Wow Aleta, that is an amazing collection. Makes me feel good though because now I can show my husband and say how tiny my colletion is by comparison!
Aleta - ditto to what Lisa said. I showed my husband this picture - made my stash look more reasonable. I would love to have those clothes - good for you.
