Oh Aleta...I just love lilacs and their scent. Your photo is so lovely. Unfortunately, I can't bring them in the house because hubby sneezes and wheezes in the spring with all of the new grass and trees etc...but when I get the chance to get near them...I'm in heaven!
Aleta, I just loooooove lilacs, but ours are no where near ready to bloom. I have to be content with my trilliums and wild violets, for a while, although my Jack-in-the-Pulpit has poked his head up to see how warm it is. Today was so nasty, I'm afraid he might pull his head back underground LOL!
Love your lilacs! I have some that are so old and fabulous, but they look like they are going to keel over in our unseasonably hot weather! Poor things... Hope you are having happy days up north! xoxo Karen
