I'm putting the finishing touches on the Storybook Bears today!! Yes, they are finally nearing completion!! Joy of joys!! I'm SO doing the happy dance!! It's not that I don't love these wee little girls....I truly do! My problem has been staying focused on the little darlings. I've been sidetracked with other projects, fabulous estate sales, antique shop sales, gardening, and family. How on earth does one stay focused with so many wonderful things to do and fabulous people to visit with?
And so, here I sit, pondering this question and working on yet another 
diversion.....my blog. Meanwhile, upstairs, little girly bears are fighting over dresses, shoes and bonnets!! I'd better get up there!!

I looove the doves on the pedestal and the framed botanicals. Man, I'd love to go shopping with you, but we'd fight over everything!

The coolest thing about all these treasures is that they were on SALE!! Yahoozerdoozer!!

oooh, I have always wanted one of those old mannequin/dressmaker dummies, Lucky girl!! Your bear bonnets are super cute, can't wait to see the little beauties wearing them!
Not much longer now!! They're done!! It's 9pm. Whew. Now I've got to take pictures, think up names, write listings, make tags....forward, two, three four. March, two, three, four.

Wow Aleta - we would have a doozy of a time shopping together. I have been looking for a mannequin to display my mother's wedding dress on for years. They are either in really bad shape or way too pricey. The little shoes are adorable - are your bears going to be on your website? I have been checking every day.

I think we'd have a fabulous time shopping together!! I've been looking for a mannequin like this one for a looooong time. You're right they're either in really bad shape or really expensive. The price on this one and the condition made buying it a no brainer!
And yes, the bears will be listed on my website!! Sometime tomorrow. I'm working on uploading pictures and writing listings now.
