Celebrate!

April 11, 1981

Bill and I have been married 26 years today!! I'm sure there were some people that thought it would never last....and some that wished it wouldn't! Ha! We showed them!! The secret? Communication and something Bill's mom said when we told her we were engaged. She said, "Marriage is never 50/50. It's 80/20." She was right. Sometimes you give 80 percent and sometimes you need 80 percent. The key is knowing the difference and communicating it.
