Do you ever get that look from your cat? You know the one. It's the "What do you mean, you're too busy?" look. Isn't it amazing how closely it resembles the "Where's my dinner?" look. After spending the last few days visiting with my mom, this is the look I'm getting from the cats today. They just don't understand that I have a zillion and three things to do. Oh, wait. A zillion and four....a fax just came in with a bid to repair the pool. EGAD!!! Are you kidding me? $27,000?!!!! And that's with no upgrades!! Good grief!!
Perhaps I should send this picture of Max along to the pool company with a caption reading, "Seriously?!!" Ha!
Warmest bear hugs, Aleta

Are you serious! That is amazing!
I'd be looking around, as I'm sure you will too.
Love the sweet picture of your kitty.
I see this SAME face peeking in the back door everyday...it's definitely a "where's my dinner?" look.
I think you should send the pool folks of picture of Max smiling and say "HA HA HA HA!!!" LOL
Hugs,
Yikes! That's probably more than the pool's original cost. Hope your insurance covers it. I'd be sick to see such a large estimate.
Aleta,
I love the photo of your cat!!! Our Ralph gives us the same look. It's the feed me look, the play with me look, the stop petting me look, the don't hug me look....etc etc etc. :) To bad about the pool....I don't even have a pool and that sounds to costly to me too.
Hugs,
Theresa
GOSH, Aleta! I'm astounded!
Lovely cat! And thanks a lot for your lovely words-can't wait to see your white hearts!
Hugs,
Monica x.
Max is gorgeous he has a very regal look about him!
So sorry about your pool, get some more quotes that price seems very high to me!!!
Holy CoW!! My Mercedes was 1/2 that price!!!!!
Beautiful photo of Max :)
Oh, I see that look often on Miss Savannah's little black and white face! We just returned from several days away at the Oregon Coast (will post about it later today). Miss Savannah let us know the moment we unlocked the front door that she did NOT appreciate being left behind with someone looking in on her for a few days. Amazing how these little darlings can let us know their joy - and their displeasure. ~Adrienne~
Beautiful cat!!!
Hi, Laura Lynn tagged me to post 6 random things about myself and I wanted to know if you'd like to play ;) You can find out how to play @ my Blog...

Please stop by my blog today - won´t you ?
Tina
Hi Aleta,
Boy, is THAT look familiar - "The Miffed Cat" look! haha! Thumper gives it to me every time I have Tiger in my lap - he thinks it's HIS lap!
Wow, that sounds VERY high for a pool "repair" job - I'd definitely be getting more quotes. Good luck.
hugs,
Brenda
Hi Aleta
I hope you do not mind me popping by, I have listed and nominated you for a blog award, I have added a few of my reasons on my blog, please stop by to pick up the award I think your worth it.
Lots of love
Melanie Jayne
I'd definitely get a second opinion..... and perhaps even a third.... especially if you use these particular guys regularly. They need to be reminded of the economic situation in the real world as I don't think anyone has burst their little personal bubble yet.......sounds like they could be taking advantage of a good thing.....
